The Pagani Utopia is up as my first ride at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed! Standing out in a paddock of incredible cars, I'm jumping onboard Horacio's latest masterpiece to experience what it's like. However, the chaos of FOS intervenes to change fortunes for the day...

Utopia is only Pagani's third model after Zonda and Huayra, and it makes a dynamic debut at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed, taking part in the Supercar Paddock. The previously codenamed 'C10' arrived late last year making its global debut in Milan, but now joins one of the very best line-ups of hypercars you could possibly imagine.

In traditional fashion for the channel, Festival of Speed means some fabulous experiences to share with you from the legendary event. We're kicking off with the intention of joining the late hillclimb run on the first day onboard the new Pagani, however on a day riddled with issues it turns out we're not able to go ahead as intended. Frustratingly during the day, multiple incidents cause a delay that ultimately pushes us to the very back and sadly unable to make the cut off before the run up.

Regardless, it's quite the experience to chat through with Francis from Pagani UK and understand a lot more about the car, and in particular the new manual gearbox.
