There's one mistake I have made with my Shelby GT500... but we're getting a full trip underway taking the Mustang alongside the Lotus Emira, while the Zenvo TSR-S is transported for some big fun ahead! Things don't exactly go our way on the journey across Europe however...

I've been very much looking forward to taking both my new Lotus Emira, and the Shelby GT500 now that it's in Europe, over to the Nurburgring to drive their first laps and it's finally time to do it during the bustling Easter weekend. However, we've got more in store too and hence the Zenvo is joining us for the journey, but transported for various reasons such as the abysmal weather and pointless journey over.

While the Emira is on the final drive to get it fully run in, the GT500 has 12,500 miles on the clock and is ready and raring to go. They will be two totally different driving experiences on the Ring, but before that we're heading to Esser Automotive ahead of a mega fun convoy, and therefore a preview visit to see a showroom of hypercars.

When it comes to the GT500, oddly since it was imported back in September, I've not even driven it once... and there's something totally wrong about that. I can't really believe it has been half a year with no UK outing for me other than bringing it home from MyCarImport, although this was in part thanks to a tyre issue that took a while to get resolved. Nonetheless, we've made it, and now the adventures begin!
