Tata Motors will soon have its new HBX-based 'micro SUV' hitting the market, and Hormazd Sorabjee caught up with Rajendra Petkar, Chief Technical Officer, to chat about it and a few other things. They discuss electric powertrains, the flexibility of the ALFA platform, a future mid-size sedan and the recently updated Tata Harrier. Moreover, we now have confirmation that Tata Motors is working on a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine that will go into the likes of the Harrier and Gravitas.
