Learn in this video, that in the My BMW App you can keep track of your vehicle status and book service appointments if needed. Make sure push notifications on your mobile device are enabled. Now you will receive relevant push notifications regarding your vehicle like service or recall alerts, via the My BMW app. Tap the push notification to view details of the required service and tap on “Schedule  service”. Continue with your preferred dealer or select a different dealer from the map to start the appointment booking process. Available appointments in your dealer’s calendar are displayed. Choose a date and time for your service and based on the mobility option you may require, a loaner car or the shuttle service, for the time while your vehicle is at service. Please note that these options may vary at your dealer. Please make sure to carefully review your contact details, in case there are questions or  you require follow up. Finally, review your appointment details and schedule the booking. By selecting “Add to Calendar” the service appointment appears in your smartphone calendar. To view your appointment details, find the dealer you have successfully scheduled the appointment with on the vehicle tab or dealer details page and tap “View Appointment”. When you view your appointment, here you also have the option to cancel your appointment.
