Time to find out if the new Porsche 992 GT3 RS lives up to expectations! Join me at The Motor Enclave, a new private track facility in Tampa, Florida, with an opportunity to get behind the wheel of the latest track-going 911 to see what it's all about. The hype is real, for good reason!

The 992-generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS is undoubtedly a veritable weapon, having set a 6:49 at the Nurburgring despite 'only' having 525ps/518bhp from the 4.0l flat-6. The aero is huge; boasting 850kg at the 184mph/296kmh Vmax, and with some open tarmac to explore, the sound is unreal. Having not previously driven a 992 GT product at all, it could not be better than to stretch the legs of the GT3 RS at a location like this.

I'm in Tampa for the grand opening of The Motor Enclave, a purpose built facility encompassing 300 private garages, a 1.72 mile Hermann Tilke designed race circuit, 2 acre dynamics pad and huge off-roading land to explore, and it also includes a 37,000sqft events center. However, it's the 14-corner track that stands out for today, especially in a car with so many configurable controls.
