This is the brand new ALFA ROMEO 33 STRADALE! Join me at the Museo Storico for the global launch of the new take on Alfa Romeo's most famous car ever, that's limited to only 33 units. The 33 Stradale is indisputably stunning and features some great design, so let's check it out!

Back in the 1960s, only 18 chassis for the original 33 Stradale were built, and sold as one of the most expensive sports cars on the market in its day. 6 of these were built as prototype concepts by famous Italian design houses like Pininfarina, Italdesign, Bertone and Giugiaro.

The new car is Alfa Romeo's take on modern coachbuilding; taking the concept and ideas of the original and modernising it throughout. Available with either a V6 or as an electric variant, the 33 cars will be built to be bespoke and unique thanks to the customers working directly with the new Bottega division.

Powered by a 3.0l TT V6 making 620hp, or a tri-motor electric setup making 750hp, the 33 Stradale really represents the design and styling of the original. Modernised with aerodynamics, new technology, and an interior that can either be offered in a heritage throwback Tributo configuration, or a more modern Alfa Corse variant.

I've previously visited the Museo Storico for a full tour, but this time around we're heading straight in for the unveiling of the 33 Stradale. That's not all though, as the event is joined by Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu from Alfa Romeo's F1 team to reveal the bespoke livery featuring on the car at the upcoming Monza Grand Prix.

It has been an honour to be present at the launch, and what a stunning car to spend some time exploring. There are 33 very lucky customers of the new Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale!
