It's time for the first ever @Gumball 3000 Middle-East! I'm in Dubai for the supercar rally where it's registration day and time to reveal the car that I'm driving for parts of the adventure. Before the flag drops, we're kicking off with the gifting suite and cars arriving at the start line, let's go!

Fresh from my huge tour of the United States, and a quick stop in the UK to collect the Shelby GT500 that I'd driven on the previous Gumball 3000 rally from Toronto to Miami, it's time to get started with my 8th time at the event! I've been quite tight lipped regarding which car I'd drive because of all sorts of challenges logistically, but it's the day to share all.

First up, we can visit the grid to take a look around the earliest cars to line-up including Team Aztec with the N Attack GT-R, a fabulous Bussink Speed Legend, The Purple Team returning with a line-up, and plenty of awesome cars including The Space DXB bringing out the McLaren Elva and Aston V12 Speedster. From there though, it's over to the hotel to find more entrants cars, and most importantly register to become Gumballers with all the swag from the gifting suite!

Amongst all the Kappa rally gear, and gifts from The Purple Team, we also stop by Inkar who are presenting the debut of the first phone case collaboration with Pininfarina. Limited to only 99 cases for each of the iPhone 13 Pro and 14 Pro, these can be personalised and have a serial number engraved within. However, the car itself! SPOILER ALERT

For the 2022 Gumball 3000 in the Middle-East, I am again team 150 but this time around borrowing a car with almost 1,000 horsepower.... The car in question is the Manhart TR 900 based on the Porsche GT2 RS with huge upgrades to 945hp / 1,050Nm thanks to engine modifications, while also offering reworked suspension, a great exhaust sound, and plenty of exterior carbon fibre. The finish is in the very same Inozetek Midnight Green as my former Porsche Taycan, with contrasting accents in gold to match with the magnesium wheels of the Weissach Package.
