Reclamation program that surprised whole world, Asan Chung Ju-yung who turned crisis into opportunity

In 1984 at Seosan Cheonsuman Bay Reclamation program, when there was a crisis of
water current that washed away rocks as big as 4.5 ton vehicle,
Chung Ju-yung used his own idea that saved great amount of human and material resources
by sinking enormous supertanker weighing 226,000 ton, changing the map of Korean peninsula.
