Faraday Future's first-ever FF Open AI Day has successfully concluded, marking the official launch of Future AIHER—the world’s first AI Hybrid Extended-Range Electric Powertrain System company focusing on developing two key products: Super AI Hybrid Extended-Range System and Super AI Extended-Range System.
These solutions aim to eliminate the limitations of current range extenders and plug-in hybrids, leading a new era of powertrain technology innovation. While first integrating into FX models, Future AIHER's technology will also expand into AI-powered mobility sectors, including electric vertical takeoff and landing (EVTOL) aircraft, commercial trucking, and electric boating industries.
At the event, FF and FX discussed their comprehensive AI-driven strategy, and announced the intent to design and develop three AI products:
(1) a Super AI Hybrid Extended-Range System (AIHER);
(2) an AI Cabin Agent; and
(3) an Open-Source End-to-End Large Model aiDriving.
