It's a question that comes up quite often from you guys, so out of the cars in my collection, what are the most annoying things about them? With the McLaren 675LT, Aston Martin GT8, AMG GT R and two Focus RS Editions let's have a run through, and even think about the soon to be here Ford GT and McLaren Senna!

I believe this is the first time I've had all 5 of these cars together at one point, lined up in the storage where they are really starting to make a pretty bright and colourful line-up! That's only going to get more dramatic when the GT and Senna are added and I shall try again to get all 7 at that point in one place.

The "problems" we are talking about here are very much the most first world of problems but as with anything, there are of course things that are slightly 'annoying'. Having regularly told you about the things I like a lot on each of the cars, it seems fair to focus more on the less perfect things that you might not know more about.

For example, the McLaren 675LT Spider has a hydraulic lift system that takes over 15 seconds to raise and lower - a bit useless when you're sitting in front of a speed bump! It also has a turning radius that's a complete nightmare and makes a 3-point turn in the road almost impossible. Moving to my Aston Martin Vantage GT8, the most annoying thing with this is actually how little the car is understood as it's expensive, heavy and not that fast, but only when you drive it do you start to understand! The AMG GT R you might have seen me discuss before; the brake sensor is far too reactive and out on track (where the car was born to be driven) if the car in front brakes hard then so do you! Without disabling traction control fully, you have no way to switch off that technology which in that specific case is a real challenge. On the Focus RS Red Edition I've noticed a real behaviour change from other drivers which I believe is down to it being a red car... it sounds peculiar but I also notice that on my press drives! With the orange Heritage Edition the thing that stood out to me is that as a special edition version they didn't really change all that much, and in some case took older or less special parts than the normal car.

For an added bonus though, what about the Ford GT and McLaren Senna? Well I know in advance what's going to be annoying with the GT - it has a tiny fuel tank relative to the type of car so it's going to be living at the petrol station. With the Senna though, that's not a car that's meant to be driven much on the road but when you do, it's definitely not going to be quiet!

Now, don't get me wrong, we're splitting hairs here, this is more for your interest than me complaining in any real form! Please don't take it the wrong way.

Thanks for watching, Tim
