20,000 hard miles later, it's time for a service and full inspection of my AMG GT Black Series! I'm visiting Opus at the Nürburgring, and we're taking a full look at what is most likely the highest mileage customer GT BS in the world. So, what's the truth of running a car like this, let's find out!

Over the last 2 years, my GT Black Series has been resprayed, upgraded to the Opus 850hp package, travelled to the Middle-East, and driven 14,000 miles around the USA. Along the way it's done around 10 track days, had 4 sets of rubber, and seen more of the world than nearly any other car on this planet. However, that normally brings with it some issues - absolutely none of which have been trouble for this car in the slightest.

This is where it gets interesting though; having had the original A service in the UK, then a B service in Arizona, now we're doing the next A (it rotates between A and B) with Opus using OEM parts and connected to the Mercedes DSB database. That's not all though, because there's a lot more to dig into; the obvious tyres and brakes (the latter of which is an issue...), to the engine oil change, and even the various fluids in the transmission while we're at it. There's a visual healthcheck to carry out because of course the car has had a lot thrown at it, and under it, but also to get some parts on order like the rear view mirror shroud, plus a new carbon piece for the front splitter.

For the service work, I'm joined by Lukas from Opus, who was responsible for tuning this car about 18 months ago, and to see how it looks now that we're over 20,000 miles, around 32,500 kilometers.
