With the current circumstances, guidelines in the UK have required all non-essential retail to be closed to the public. However, Ferrari are working within the rules to continue in full operation; from a range of Approved pre-owned vehicles, to specification of new cars and the service and maintenance for existing customers. To get a feel for the services on offer, join me at Dick Lovett Ferrari in Swindon to explore the new showroom identity with highlights including the customer lounge, Atelier and displays of both new and pre-owned cars.

Ferrari Approved - The search starts online at  https://preowned.ferrari.com/en whereby customers can make contact and provides an opportunity for a personalised video to have a demonstration of the specific car. Approved vehicles have a 190-point check as well as a minimum of 2 years factory warranty, and the balance of 7 years servicing from first registration. The warranty can also now be taken beyond the 12 year mark with the new Power15 extension too, making a very practical entry to Ferrari ownership.

MyFerrari App - Within the app are numerous tools including submitting a spec for a new vehicle, arranging a service for an existing car, and viewing vehicles for sale. Within your garage, which is linked to your profile in the network and easily accessed, you can find features such as previous cars and even a photo set from the assembly in Maranello!

Classiche and Premium Pack - Dick Lovett Swindon is an Officine Classiche service centre with the knowledge and capability to work on and certify vehicles over 20 years of age. With the increased importance of long term maintenance, for the period following the Power15 warranty extension, a new Premium Pack route enables the customer to continue the maintenance directly with Ferrari and ultimately have it prepared for Classiche approval as the time arrives.
