Learn in this video how you can schedule an appointment in the BMW Connected App after receiving a service alert. In order to receive notifications such as service or recall alerts in the BMW Connected app, you need to enable push notifications on your mobile device via settings under the 'Permissions' section of the app. After receiving a service alert, tap the push notification and tap on 'Schedule service'. Select your preferred dealer and a list of available services appears. After completing the appointment you can select 'Add to calendar' to let your service appointment appear in your smartphone calendar.
