Passion over competence. You can teach missing skills to an individual, but you can never teach them passion. It has to come from the inside, as an intrinsic motivation. A feeling that makes you fight, go, and overcome. A key to success. A team works well if its members care for each other, care for the team, and share all necessary information. We can’t just change the product; we have to change our mindset.
